Applegate Heating & Air Conditioning was founded by Roy Chapin in 1938. Roy's son-in-law Kingston and his wife Margaret carried on and grew the business. Today, the third generation, Garry and wife Cookie continue the family tradition along with the fourth generation, their son Rich. Rich Applegate oversees the Floridal operation, United Sheet Metal Co., headquartered in Pompano Beach.

Our parent company, Applegate Heating & Air Conditioning specializes in heating, air conditioning and sheet metal work. We service residential, commercial and industrial projects. Our headquarters are located in Jackson, Michigan.
